HIGH PRESSURE STEAM GENERATOR WITH SIXEN REVERSIBLE FLAME (350 - 5000 kg/h)

Steam boilers (steam generators up to 25 bar) ICI SIXEN with smoke tubes, reversing the development of the torch and washable furnace bottom are made in the form of a monoblock, with automatic operation.

Made of high-quality steel, tested in accordance with applicable law and automatically welded using a submersible arc method.

Comply with PED Directive 97/23 / EC, suitable for use on liquid or gaseous fuels, steam production from 350 to 6000 kg / h, design pressure 12 or 15 bar.

Supplied complete with all control and safety valves for quick commissioning and automatic operation.

Standard

Steam side accessories group, including the following elements:

  • start-up steam extraction valve
  • 2 spring safety valves
  • 2 direct reflection level indicators
  • 2 groups of shut-off valves and drain indicator

Pressure gauge ramp, consisting of the following elements:

  • large dial pressure gauge with three-way test tap
  • pressure limit switch
  • safety pressure switch with manual reset

A feedwater group installed on the base of the boiler and consisting of the following elements:

  • 2 vertical multistage centrifugal electric pumps for water with a temperature of 120 ° C
  • 3 start-up flow shut-off valves
  • 2 filter at the suction of the pump
  • 3 check valves

Purge group consisting of the following elements:

  • flow shutoff release valve
  • quick release valve with external thread with manual lever

Automatic level controller with conductivity sensors, consisting of the following elements:

  • pump start sensor
  • pump stop sensor
  • 1st alarm sensor and burner lockout due to low level
  • 2nd alarm sensor and burner lockout due to low level

Electric boiler control cabinet, IP 55, 400 V / 3 + N / 50 Hz protection, consisting of the following elements:

  • main switch
  • feed pump switches (off-manual-automatic)
  • burner switch
  • pump switch 1
  • level control relay
  • 1st low level alarm relay with manual reset
  • 2nd low level alarm relay with manual reset
  • alarm indicator and high pressure relief button
  • 1st alarm indicator and low level reset button
  • 2nd alarm indicator and low level reset button
  • signal siren
