Forces of our own service ATON in the Kiev region performed a new launch pellet boiler ATON TTK EcoMatic, designed to work on the pellet in an automatic mode and manual on the anthracite / wood.
Cast iron pellet boiler ATON TTK EcoMatic designed for comfortable yet economical solid fuels heating solid fuels heating private houses and buildings, household use, equipped with water heating systems with pressures up to 3 bar. Power boiler depends on fuel used and the mode of operation and range from 8 to 40 kW.
The advantage of the boiler is its universality – the boiler can be used in automatic, and manual mode (thank to the manufacturer there is the possibility to disable pellet feed and switch to heating with wood, coal and other solid fuels)). In this condition boiler could operate even with low grade fuel , using the built-in fan of forced boost.
In automatic mode boiler ATON TTK EcoMatic working on pellet granules of 6-8 mm, which are fed from the hopper to the pellet burner at the bottom of the boiler. Depending on the quality of fuel, the boiler can operate at a load of up to 6 days, large volume of pellet bunker, giving the same level of comfort as a gas-fired boilers.
It should be noted the reliability of the design. Through the use of high quality materials boiler has a long life of cast iron heat exchanger (wall thickness - 6 mm). Boiler Safety implemented by cross-shaped valve that prevents ingress of flame into the pellet bunker.
