The company ATON Group as expanded its product range by introducing the Ukrainian market a new product – cast iron pellet(granule) boiler ATON EcoMatic with automatic fuel supply, thereby extending the range of domestic boilers operating at current fuels.
Pellet boiler ATON EcoMatic designed for for comfortable and economy heating by solid fuels private houses and buildings, household use, equipped with water heating systems with pressures up to 3 bar. Ideal for creating an autonomous heating system in areas where there is no gas supply. It can also act as a backup source of heat with gas boilers.
Capacity of the boiler depends on fuel used and the mode of operation and range from 8 to 39 kW.
The advantage of the boiler is its universality – the boiler can be used in automatic, or manual mode (the manufacturer is the possibility to disable pellet feed and switch to heating with wood, coal and types of solid fuels). In this condition, the boiler can operate even with low quality fuel, usin built-in fan forced boost.Possible the installation of the boiler as in the closed and open system of heating (at work on a funded buffering capacity).
In automatic mode ATON EcoMatic operates on pellet cross-section of 6 mm, which are fed from the hopper to the pellet burner at the bottom of boiler. Depending on the quality of fuel, the boiler can operate at a load of up to 7 days, due to the large volume of pellet bunker giving the same level of comfort as a gas-fired boilers.
It should be noted the reliability of the design. Through the use of high quality materials has increased the service life of cast iron heat exchanger (wall thickness - 6 mm) and all other parts. Boiler safety implemented by cross-shaped valve that prevents ingress of flame into the pellet bunker.
