Ukrainian manufacturer of heat engineering expands the range of industrial equipment. Boiler ATON STAB – monoblock system with the highest efficiency for this equipment: 92-94%. The developers ATON Group successed to optimize the cost to issue a three-way boiler at a price of two-way and extend the model range. Solutions are now available with 250, 330, 630, 720 and 1000 kW. This new generation of equipment with improved environmental performance can be best replaced with a boiler and technically obsolete boilers NIISTU type, which is still widely prevalent in Ukraine.
The boiler has a modern design. In one convenient package for transportation is three-way gas pipe system, which consists of a combustion chamber, flame and fire tubes. They are attached to the rear of the boiler with welded joints. At an operating pressure of 6 bar boiler capable of withstanding the pressure, like water, and flue gas, heating temperature in the heating circuit from 60 to 115 ° C.
The ATON STAB has life of 15 years through the use of special materials seamless tubes and increased thickness, which is resistant to corrosive damage. Safety and reliability are guaranteed the quality of welded joints, which are tested by radiographic and ultrasound control.

Provided as a stable and smooth operation of the burner unit without pulsation and vibration. With these two factors in the boiler is provided a high degree of efficiency. The boilers are equipped with two safety valves, pressure gauge, manometer air vent. The customer can choose the burner from leading European manufacturers at their discretion. The price of an ATON STAB does not differ from two-way price of the boiler, which is easier and cheaper to manufacture.
The boilers meet the requirements of security DNAOP 0.00-1.26-96 and European environmental standards DIN-EN303-01 (01.03.1999), DIN-EN303-03 (03/01/1999).
