Hot water fire-tube boilers ATON SAB – a fire-tube boilers with reversing development of flame in the furnace. Efficiency not less than 92%. The fuel system of the boiler can run on both liquid and gaseous fuels.

Operating pressure from 5 to 6 bar, depending on the model, the temperature of 95 º C or at the request of the customer 115 º C. This allows to use boilers in heating systems widely.

Reliability of construction and operational safety of boilers are guaranteed with exact relation to the volume of thermal loads of the combustion chamber and heat exchange surface, thus achieving a high value of efficiency. Combines great advantages: reliability and long service life.

The range of fire-tube hot water gas boilers ATON SAB represented power from 95 kW to 6.0 MW.

Boiler SAB combines great quality: reliability, long life with high efficiency, which is guaranteed by:

  • Flanged front tube sheet without weld tee with a furnace;
  • The dished bottom of the furnace;

  3. The boiler is accompanied by the necessary documentation for the standards in full and accordingly decorated.
  • Thermal insulation reduces heat loss through the plating of the boiler.
  • Ease of service: the boiler front door opens in both directions without removing the burner.
  • Large water volume of the boiler heat exchanger allows you to smooth out the sharp temperature changes when the heat demand by consumers and reduces cycling of the burner.
  • It can run on different fuels, depending on the selected burner (gaseous or liquid).
  • Due to the large volume also does not require the circulation at the coolant circuit of the boiler.
  • A large area of the boiler heat exchanger provides a low calorific combustion chamber and as a consequence - a long term operation of the boiler. Estimated life of the boiler is 20 years.
  • Stainless steel heat exchanger of the boiler is unvulnerable to temperature differences between supply and return lines within the allowable temperature range (115 ⁰ C-60 ⁰ C).
