Timed to Mechanician’s Day, within the “Career Day” career-guidance project framework, during the week Krasilov Employment bureau, in cooperation with City Department of Education and Sport and along with plant “Atonmash” and its “Young Professionals Programme” were holding presentations about a qualification of “Electric-welder of an automatic and semiautomatic mashines”.
Within the “Career Day” project, ninth-formers of Krasilov regular school №1 and students of the Vocational College №11visited the plant “Atonmash”.Technicians showed students stage-by-stage production of the heating equipment under the brand name “Aton”, in which the trade of electric-welder plays a key role.During the visit, pupils and students had a chance to communicate with qualified welders, to watch Panasonic robotic welding station weld the assembly to the boiler’s heat exchanger at the welding area.The management of the plant “Atonmash” continues to work on “Young Professionals Programme” so as to interest more young professionals in industry and obtain European output level.
