As part of the program «Business world: social protection» on 26 November 2013 a group of journalists of the television channel visited the ATONMASH plant.
The administration of the plant talked about the modernization of the production process, which resulted in the minimization of injury rate and rising of the standards of labour conditions. Cutting lines for metal, modern robots for welding components and cases, two new pressing machines were bought for the plant. These actions allowed withdrawing people from the harmful working conditions. Also the product painting system was completely automatized at the plant. Thanks to it, the workers do not inhale harmful paint fumes, which results in the fall of the level of risk of occupational diseases.
These actions ensure not only safe working conditions on the plant site, but also manufacturing of high quality products for heating homes, which will work safely and securely for many years.
