In Kyiv, at the equestrian center “Magnat”, the ATON Group company held a dealer conference. The event was visited by more than 50 partners of the company ATON. The main purpose of the conference was strengthening the partnership and cooperation within the framework of the common company development corporate strategy, presentation of new products, building effective communication of the company with its partners.
The official part of the conference was opened by the General director of ATON Group Oleg Protsenko with a presentation on objectives and plans of the company for 2013. First of all the Director thanked the dealers for great collective work and spoke about further ways of development. He stated that this year the improvement of all directions of the company is expected. There are plans to produce new products and develop the existing ones. His speech was continued by the Director of the LLC TD - Aton Oleg Pavlenko who pointed out that one of the directions in which the company plans to improve is service. “Service specialists have already started to work in shifts 7 days a week during the heating season; in the fall we are planning to open our call-center” – Oleg Pavlenko stated.
During the conference dealers obtained information about the main principles of partner policy, collective marketing, discussed the matter of optimizing the logistics. The culmination of the conference was the presentation of the new line of floor-standing boilers and the samples of a new design for the parapet boilers. The details of new products were presented by the Director of the plant Stanislav Holovnya. He spoke about manufacturing capacity of the plant and shared his plans for modernization.
After each speech the discussion between the management of the company and the dealers was held. During those lively discussions the businessmen shared their opinions and decided on important matters.
The General director of ATON Group promised to host such events on a permanent basis. “We want to hear you, your feedback is very important to us, as we want to change and improve” – said Oleg Protsenko. For this purpose the participants were offered to fill out questionnaires, in which they could evaluate the cooperation with ATON Group and propose their ideas for increasing the effectiveness of the company’s work. After the main part of the conference the dealers were invited to the banquet, during which the guests could communicate with their colleagues, share positive experience, strengthen their friendly and partner relations. The evening included interesting contests. The directors held a trivia game, in which the dealers took active part. They demonstrated strong knowledge in the boilers’ history and proved that they have the necessary information and skills for high quality service of the final buyers and know all the new products, manufactured by the plant.
The second day of the conference included an entertainment program, which took place in the spirit of positive emotions and extreme. The dealers as well as the employees of ATON took part in laser battles, where they could demonstrate precision and legerity. Also they experience the sense of risk and freedom while driving quad bikes.
All participants of the conference received souvenirs and presents and were presented with certificates, confirming their status of an official dealer in every region.
